Gymboree Time

Nolan had a great time playing on all the equipment at Gymboree. It took him a while to want to do this by himself, but he finally did it and had a blast. He was climbing up the ladders and crawling through the tunnels. He was interacting with other kids his age. He hasn't spent alot of time with kids his age.

For those of you that don't know what Gymbooree is....It is a Gym for kids ages 0-5 years old. They have special things for every age group. Nolan was climbing through tunnels and sliding down ramps. He had a blast.


Nolan tenía un gran rato el jugar en todo el equipo en Gymboree. Le tardó un rato para querer hacer esto solo, pero él finalmente lo hizo y tenía una ráfaga. Él subía para arriba las escalas y se arrastraba a través de los túneles. Él obraba recíprocamente con otros cabritos su edad. Él hasn' t pasó mucho tiempo con los cabritos su edad.

Para los de usted ese don' t sabe es qué Gymbooree….Es una gimnasia para las edades de los cabritos 0-5 años. Tienen cosas especiales para cada categoría de edad. Nolan subía a través de los túneles y resbalaba abajo de rampas. Él tenía una ráfaga

Falls Park

We took the kids to Falls Park on August 15, 2009. The kids had a blast and loved running around. The kids took lots of pictures. Nathan loved climbing on the rocks and he really wanted in the water. Nolan didn't get to do much, he was confined to his stroller. Lexi was posing for her pictures like a true model. I loved having this special time with my family.

Llevamos a los cabritos al parque de las caídas el 15 de agosto de 2009. Los cabritos tenían una ráfaga y un funcionamiento amado alrededor. Los cabritos tomaron porciones de cuadros. Nathan amó el subir en las rocas y él quiso realmente en el agua. Nolan didn' t consigue hacer mucho, él fue confinado a su cochecito. Lexi presentaba para sus cuadros como un modelo verdadero. Amé el tener de este tiempo especial con mi familia.

Nolan and Mommy. This was the very first time Nolan felt the sand and the water. He didn't mind the sand in his toes and loved when the water came up to him. He would sit there and just play in the sand. I loved watching him see what the beach was like for the very first time.

They burried the girls in the sand, so Nolan went to see what they were doing. He was amazed that all he could see was their heads.

My brother Michael, Luis and I went walking down the beach adn came across two crabs in the sand. We caught them and took them to the kids so they could see.

"Mi hermano Miguel, Luis y yo fuimos caminando por la playa y se encontró con dos cangrejos en la arena. Estamos atrapados y les llevó a los niños para que pudieran ver."

This is one of Luis' favorite pictures. You can see the color of Nolan's eyes. The outer part is blue and then the center is brown. His eyes have changed colors almost daily.

Nolan took a nap on the beach, he was tired from all that playing.

Lexi and Kaily enjoyed flying kites on the beach. Their kites flew perfectly but the big kites didn't fly so well.

Nathan had a great time playing in the water. He loves the sand and the salt water.

Family Vacation

We went on our first family vacation to Myrtle Beach in June. My mom, sister, brother and their spouses went along with Luis' dad Tom. We all had a wonderful time. I loved having this time with the family.We spent alot of time at the Beach, flying kites and playing in the sand. The kids enjoyed burring each other in the sand. We all had a chance to play in the ocean.



"Fuimos en nuestra primera familia de vacaciones a Myrtle Beach en junio. Mi mamá, hermana, hermano y sus cónyuges, fue junto con Luis' papá Tom. Todos tuvimos un maravilloso tiempo. Me encantó haber esta vez con la family.We pasado mucho tiempo en la playa, volar cometas y jugar en la arena. Los niños gozan de desbarbado unos a otros en la arena. Todos tuvimos la oportunidad de jugar en el océano."




Nolan liked the sand and didn't mind the water either. He enjoyed his first time at the beach. He was eating seashells and crawling in the sand. He even fell asleep under the umbrella on the beach.


"Nolan le gustó la arena y no cuenta ni el agua. Él disfrutó de su primera vez en la playa. Él estaba comiendo conchas marinas y de rastreo en la arena. Él incluso se quedó dormido bajo el paraguas en la playa."




We saw alligators at Hunnighton Beach State Park. Lexi was scared at first but then she enjoyed it. Nathan thought it was pretty cool. It was very neat that the only thing that was seperating us from the alligators was a hill covered in stones. They were very close and I was scared a little.

I love this picture of Nolan sitting on the Beach. He looks alot like his daddy in this picture. He didn't mind the waves, the sand or the sun. He did wonderful for a 8 month old.

These were all the kids that went to the Beach. Nathan, Dustin (my nephew), Nolan, Kaily (Lexi's friend) and Lexi. They got along very well with each other. I was glad the Lexi brought a friend, she wasn't left out and really enjoyed herself.

Meet the Ackerman's

We meet through a friend and have not been apart since. We are blessed to have three wonderful kids, two from a previous relationship. We plan to spend the rest of our lives together, watching our children grow into wonderful men and women. The kids are our life, next to each other. How about we meet the kids...

Nathan is 8 yrs old. He loves to play video games, and watching Luis play computer games. Nathan finished 2nd grades with all A's after having a rough beginning to the year. He is looking forward to 3rd grade. Nathan likes riding his bike, now that he can ride it with out training wheels. Nathan is a sweet child, he likes to know when Luis is going to be home.

Lexi is 7 yrs old, and the only girl at the moment. She is my little twin, looks just like her mom. Lexi is a girly girl, but will also hang with the boys. She loves to have her nails painted and hair fixed. She wears heels and flip flops all the time. She is also modest at the same time, like her mom. During Lexi's free time she likes to draw, cut and color anything she can get her hands on. She loves art projects.

Nolan is the baby, 10 months old. He looks just like his dad. Everyone says he has my eyes, but that is slowly changing. Nolan makes funny faces and pretends to burp when daddy burps. Nolan can walk when he pushes something, right now he pushes around our laundry basket. He loves frogs and almost anything green. He is saying "momma", "Dada", and "bye bye". We love watching him grow and learn new things.

We hope this keeps everyone connected and lets everyone watch our children as they grow.

Nos reunimos a través de un amigo y no se han puesto aparte. Estamos bendecidos de tener tres hijos maravillosos, dos de una relación anterior. Tenemos previsto pasar el resto de nuestras vidas juntos, viendo a nuestros hijos crecen y se convierten en maravillosos hombres y mujeres. Los niños son nuestra vida, junto a la otra. ¿Qué tal nos encontramos con los niños ...

Nathan tiene 8 años. Le encanta jugar juegos de video, y Luis viendo jugar juegos de computadora. Nathan acabado con todos los grados 2 º "A" después de un duro comienzo de año. Él está mirando adelante a 3er grado. Nathan le gusta montar su bicicleta, ahora que se puede montar con ruedas de capacitación. Nathan es un niño dulce, le gusta saber cuando Luis se va a casa.

Lexi es de 7 años de edad, y la única niña en el momento. Ella es mi doble, se parece a su mamá. Lexi es un Girly Girl, sino que también se bloquee con los muchachos. Le gusta tener las uñas pintadas y el pelo fijo. Ella lleva tacones y chanclas todo el tiempo. También es modesto al mismo tiempo, al igual que su mamá. Durante Lexi del tiempo libre le gusta dibujar, cortar y el color puede conseguir cualquier cosa que en sus manos. Ella ama a proyectos de arte.

Nolan es el bebé de 10 meses de edad. Él se parece a su padre. Todo el mundo dice que él tiene mis ojos, pero eso está cambiando lentamente. Nolan hace muecas y pretende eructar cuando papá burps. Nolan puede caminar cuando se empuja algo, ahora que lleva alrededor de nuestra canasta de lavandería. Él ama a las ranas y casi cualquier cosa verde. Que dice "mamá", "Dada" y "bye bye". Nos encanta verlo crecer y aprender cosas nuevas.

Esperamos que esto mantiene a todos conectados y permite a todos ver a nuestros hijos a medida que crecen.
